NEW YORK (Diya TV) – An Indian man from Long Island and his parents who were visiting from India were killed on Monday evening after their car collided head-on with a truck. The driver of the truck was also killed. The man’s wife survived, however, she was critically injured in the accident, their 11-month-old baby also survived the incident. Suffolk police said Chandan Gavai, 38, was driving the 2014 Nissan Altima that collided with the truck. His father, Kamalnayan Gavai, 74, and mother, Archana Gavai, 60, died after the crash. The truck driver was killed on impact.
