SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) — As India invests heavily in its infrastructure, their leaders are also looking at opportunities beyond roads, schools and communications – seeking ways to build and promote a sustainable future.
So on a visit to Silicon Valley, officials from the state of Orissa paid a visit to George Jacob, President and CEO of The Bay Aquarium, one of the world’s foremost experts on building destination museums.
After months of talks, Orissa appears poised to build venues never seen before in the world’s most populous nation.
Jacob says the centers will take about 3 years to complete at the cost of up to $100 million depending on how ambitious the final plan is – with a goal of making a major announcement later this year.
