Bobby Jindal and Nikki Haley attacked by Donald Trump on Twitter

SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) — The New York Times took the liberty of compiling an archive of people, places and things Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has attacked or insulted via social media since his campaign for the White House began, former Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal and sitting governor of North Carolina Nikki Haley both made the list.

“Since declaring his candidacy for president last June, Donald Trump has used Twitter to lob insults at presidential candidates, journalists, news organizations, nations, a Neil Young song and even a lectern in the Oval Office. We know this because we’ve read, tagged and quoted them all,” the Times wrote.

A complete list of 281 insults Trump has made on Twitter were released by the paper Tuesday.

Jindal, who Trump had previously referred to as a “lightweight,” was also called out by the billionaire real estate mogul for registering “less than one percent at the polls.” Jindal “spent $1,000 in New Hampshire and dropped out [of the election] the next day. Such a waste!” Trump tweeted.

“The people of South Carolina are embarrassed by Nikki Haley!” Trump said of the Indian-American governor.

Trump hurled insults toward the Indo-origin journalist at CBS News, Sopan Deb, for what he called “dishonest reporting.” He said Deb should have been fired from his job for lying and being dishonest.

According to the list, Trump insults have even made their way as far as Pennsylvania Avenue — he said the podium in the Oval Office “looked old” and “not good.”

Trump also said German Chancellor Angela Merkel is ruining his home country, referred to Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal as “dopey” and said he “wants to control our U.S. politicians with daddy’s money.” He further referred to former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg as someone who “never had the guts to run for president” and added that “his last term as Mayor was a disaster.”
