SANTA CLARA (Diya TV) — After 11 days of deadly fighting, Israel and Hamas have agreed to a ceasefire. Airstrikes and rocket barrages killed about 240 people – mostly Palestinians. There had been increasing pressure from the U.S., Egypt, and other countries calling for an end to the carnage.
Vice President Kamala Harris headlined the first-ever AAPI Victory Alliance Unity Summit, energizing the crowd and telling the audience to turn pain and outrage into political power. This is her latest outreach to the Asian American and Pacific Islander community that has faced a wave of racially motivated crimes during the pandemic and is growing as a voting bloc. Harris is the first Indian American to serve as the number 2 in the White House
And she represented India at the Miss Universe pageant and finished third runner up. But now Adline Castelino is back in Mumbai. She was greeted at the airport by adoring fans and waved the Indian flag while posing for pictures in front of the paparazzi.
