SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) – Authorities in Northern California said they arrested 17 men from two warring criminal syndicates whose violent rivalry was responsible for a mass shooting at a Sikh temple and a brutal sword attack at a parade in 2018. Officials also say four of the men arrested are Khalistanis also involved in the attack on the Indian Consulate building in San Francisco.
The US Attorney’s Office in South Carolina says L&T Technology Services will pay nearly $10 million dollars to resolve allegations that it underpaid visa fees in violation of the False Claims Act, according to the. The India-based company allegedly acquired inexpensive B-1 visas instead of more expensive H-1B visas for its foreign national personnel.
