NEW YORK (Diya TV) —  Priya Dogra, EMEA President at Warner Bros Discovery (WBD), will leave the US-based company later this year. Over 14 years, Dogra held roles in Time Warner’s mergers and acquisitions and WarnerMedia’s strategy and corporate development.

In July 2020, she advanced to oversee WarnerMedia’s EMEA and APAC entertainment networks. After WBD’s merger with Discovery, she became EMEA President as part of Gerhard Zeiler’s leadership.

Zeiler, WBD’s International President, stated, “Priya Dogra and I agreed on her departure as we adapt to industry changes. She’s been key during her 14-year tenure.”

Dogra’s industry insight and commercial expertise earned her acclaim. Zeiler praised her passion for content and business acumen.

Dogra’s exit adds to a series of departures post last year’s mega-merger, indicating WBD’s recalibration. Executives like Jane Latman and Nancy Daniels left. Concerns arose over show pitches and content cancellations.

Kathleen Finch, WBD’s US networks Chief, anticipated recovery from 2022’s challenges. With Zeiler now overseeing EMEA, WBD continues evolving in a dynamic media landscape
