Officials said the victims’ injuries were not life-threatening, and multiple patients were transported for treatment.

Northern Virginia (Near Washington, D.C.): Stabbing Incident Reported on I-495 Near Annandale
Separately, early reports indicate at least four people were stabbed after a crash on southbound I-495 near Little River Turnpike in Annandale, Virginia, and that the suspect was shot during a confrontation with law enforcement.
