SEATTLE (Diya TV) — South Asian judge Kuljinder Dhillon is being criticized for being too lenient on repeat offenders in Seattle. In this most recent incident caught on camera, a career criminal is seen stealing a massive TV from Target and has reportedly stolen from the store 22 times in three months. But Judge Dhillon let him go under his own personal recognizance. Big cities like New York, Chicago, and San Francisco have also been experiencing a large number of brazen thefts.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer says he’s retiring after 27 years on the bench and that paves the way for a Biden nominee. While the president says he wants a black woman in the nation’s highest court, some are calling for other minorities to be appointed like Indian American Sri Srinivasan, who’s currently the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit and is the first Indian American to lead one of the most important courts in the nation.

Indian American Dr. Rikin Thakker is joining the Federal Communications Commission‘s Technological Advisory Council to work on emerging technology policies, including 5G strategies, spectrum allocation, and broadband infrastructure.
