SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) — The South Asian Bar Association of North America held their annual conference in San Francisco for the first time since the pandemic began. Headlined by prominent public officials like SEC Enforcement Director Gurbir Grewal and standout corporate attorneys like Kalpana Srinivasan, SABA handed out a number of awards, including one for Social Justice to controversial Equality Labs Founder Thenmozhi Soundararajan.

Indian American Aadrita Mukerji has struck an overall deal with Universal Television to write, develop and produce projects across all platforms for the USG studio. She will also join NBC’s reboot of Quantum Leap as a co-executive producer.
