Khanna, a San Francisco Bay Area Congressmen, previously worked with Musk on efforts to cut government expenditure, especially in the Department of Defense. He now, however, shows concern about the large-scale actions by Musk going beyond Congress-approved policies, marking a change in their working relationship.
