British bank Barclays announced chief executive Jes Staley is quitting after an investigation found past links to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, but the bank says the preliminary conclusion “makes no findings that Staley saw, or was aware of, any of Epstein’s alleged crimes.  C.S.
