SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) — Arunkumar Patel, a 63-year-old man who worked at a Budget Inn in Duncansville, Pa., pleaded guilty on Friday to reduced charges of simple assault after he was accused of sexually assaulting two of the hotel’s guests.

In addition, he has been ordered to leave the U.S. within a month and will never be allowed to return to Blair County. For legal defense in a crime of this kind, criminal attorneys will likely be sought out who are well versed in both sex crimes and immigration.

Patel was arrested last year after two separate female guests of the hotel reported being fondled and sexually accosted by him last July. He was living and working in the hotel at the time.

Patel pleaded to the simple assault charge in return for charges of indecent assault being dropped. He must now show proof to a Blair County judge that he’ll leave the country within a month and never return to the county.
