SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) – Officials say more than 250 Chinese and Indian soldiers clashed at the countries’ disputed border, leading to a significant rise in tensions between the two Asian giants. The Chinese soldiers outnumbered their Indian counterparts four to one and were armed with crude weapons, including spiked clubs. Injuries were reported on both sides.
Sam Bankman-Fried, the founder and former CEO of FTX and Alameda Research, could face up to 115 years in prison if convicted on all eight counts against him in a federal indictment. The charges against him include wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering, after billions of dollars in customer funds went missing. Bankman-Fried was denied bail and was arrested just one day before he was supposed to testify before Congress.
