ROCKFORD, Ill. (Diya TV) — Experity, a leading provider of software and services for the U.S. urgent care market, has named Bobby Ghoshal as its new president and chief operating officer. The company announced the appointment as part of its ongoing mission to drive innovation and improve the experience for urgent care and on-demand healthcare providers. In his new role, Ghoshal will lead daily operations and guide strategic initiatives.
His work will focus on enhancing patient experiences, increasing provider profitability, and advancing Experity’s technology platforms. Ghoshal brings more than 30 years of experience in technology and healthcare leadership. He has a proven track record in digital transformation, software innovation, and operational excellence.
Before joining Experity, Ghoshal served as president and chief commercial officer of Residential Care Software at ResMed. There, he led the global software strategy and helped expand ResMed’s footprint in the healthcare technology space.
He also held key leadership roles at Brightree, a ResMed subsidiary. As chief technology officer and chief operating officer, he guided Brightree’s SaaS offerings for out-of-hospital care. In addition, Ghoshal oversaw IT strategy for ResMed’s commercial operations across the Americas.

Ghoshal holds an MBA from Arizona State University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology in Calicut, India.
