SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) – The G7 Summit is taking place in Japan. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is already at the center of attention after U.S. President Joe Biden apparently called him a difference maker in the Indo-Pacific and even went on to say that he is running out of tickets for a ceremonial event that Washington is planning for the Indian PM in June. Biden joked PM Modi is even more popular than movie stars.

Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s state visit to the U.S., opposition party leader Rahul Gandhi and fierce critic of Modi will be at a public rally at New York’s Madison Square Garden. The event will cap his week-long tour of the U.S., that includes a talk at Stanford University. Officials say it’s just a coincidence than Gandhi will be in the U.S. at the same time as Modi.

Advocacy group HinduACTion lobbied in Washington D.C. and held a virtual gala seen on Diya TV featuring prominent speakers including Republican Presidential Candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
