SANTA CLARA, Calif. (Diya TV) — The Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) has raised concerns regarding recent instances of antisemitic imagery directed at Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen. In a flyer promoting the “San Jose Rally for Palestine,” Rosen, who is of Jewish heritage, is depicted with Arabic words “intifada” and “revolution” above his head, alongside crossed-out eyes—an explicit antisemitic display.

The use of an upside-down red triangle, associated with Hamas for identifying enemies, adds a concerning dimension to this targeted depiction.

This incident highlights the broader issue of rising antisemitic sentiments, especially when aimed at public figures like Rosen.

You may recall Rosen was one of the few public figures to speak out against California’s controversial caste bill, SB-403 in an exclusive interview with Diya TV. After much contention, the bill was vetoed by Governor Gavin Newsom.
