WASHINGTON (Diya TV) — The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC) has welcomed Tata Sons’ Michael McCabe and Coinbase’s Paul Grewal as new members on its Global Board of Directors.

USIBC President Ambassador Atul Keshap stated that he looked forward to welcoming McCabe and Grewal, who bring specific experience in technology, financial services, and global strategy to USIBC’s work.

Michael McCabe is the Senior Representative and Resident Director, in North America for Tata Sons, responsible for managing government affairs and strategy formulation. His responsibilities also involve assisting Tata businesses in entering markets and developing brands in North America. McCabe’s long-term experience in corporate communications and public policy, especially while working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), makes him an important addition to the board.

Paul Grewal, Coinbase’s Chief Legal Officer, oversees the firm’s government relations, compliance, and legal teams. Before joining Coinbase in 2020, Grewal served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Facebook and as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of California. His fintech and digital asset industry leadership will prove crucial as USIBC guides the changing environment of technology and financial innovation between the U.S. and India.
