LOS ANGELES (Diya TV) — Los Angeles City Councilmember Nithya Raman has clinched victory in her bid for a second term, surpassing the crucial 50% threshold to avoid a runoff election. During her first term, Raman championed initiatives like the Inside Safe program, which aims to clear encampments and provide support services to the homeless.
