SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) — According to compensation information provider Equilar, PepsiCo’s Indra Nooyi, Microsoft’s Satya Nadella and Lyondell Basell Industries’ Bhavesh Patel are among the top-100 highest paid CEOs in the world.

Patel ranked highest on the list of Indian-American CEOs, at No. 6 he hauls in a cool $24.5 million in compensation yearly. Nooyi hits the list at No. 8, with $22.2 million in compensation. Nadella ranks No. 26 in the world, with a salary of $18.3 million.

Elsewhere around the Bay Area, Mark V. Hurd and Safra A. Catz of Oracle tied for the No. 1 spot, with each being paid $53.2 million.

As many as eight female CEOs made Equilar’s list, with a median pay of $20 million in 2015, and an average of $22.7 million, according to the California-based company’s data.

Robert Iger of Walt Disney ($43.5 million); David Cote of Honeywell International ($33.1 million); General Electric’s Jeffrey Immelt ($26.4 million); Randall Stephenson of AT&T ($22.4 million); Rupert Murdoch of Twenty-First Century Fox ($22.2 million) and James P. Gorman of Morgan Stanley ($22 million) round out the top 10 of the list.

According to Equilar’s data, the median pay for a CEO worldwide was $14.5 million for the 2015 fiscal year, an increase of three percent from 2014.
