BENGALURU, India (Diya TV) — A global group of founders, investors, policymakers, and technology leaders will gather in India later this month to discuss the growing impact of artificial intelligence on business and society.
Indiaspora, a nonprofit organization focused on strengthening the Indian diaspora, will host its Global AI Summit on March 25 at the JW Marriott Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa. The event will bring together leaders from startups, venture capital firms, global corporations, and government agencies to examine how artificial intelligence is transforming industries and shaping the future of innovation.
The summit comes at a time when businesses worldwide are rapidly adopting AI technologies. Experts say companies must move quickly to stay competitive as AI reshapes sectors such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology.
The upcoming event marks the fourth AI summit organized by Indiaspora. The organization previously hosted similar gatherings in San Francisco and Dubai. This year’s summit reflects the growing global demand for practical insights into AI adoption and strategy.
The conference will explore how AI tools improve productivity, support innovation, and create new business opportunities. Speakers will also discuss the challenges companies face when integrating AI systems into daily operations.
Organizers said the program will focus on real-world applications of artificial intelligence rather than theory. Industry leaders will share experiences about implementing AI across organizations and scaling new technologies. Participants will also analyze emerging innovations that may drive the next phase of economic growth and digital transformation.
Indiaspora chose Bengaluru for this year’s summit because the city remains one of the world’s leading technology hubs. The city hosts major technology companies, startup incubators, and research institutions. Indiaspora Founder MR Rangaswami said bringing the summit to India creates an important opportunity for collaboration.
“We have convened very successful global AI summits for the diaspora in Silicon Valley and Dubai, and this year we chose Bengaluru to bring the conversation to India,” Rangaswami said. “By convening diaspora leaders alongside global experts and Indian innovators, we are creating a powerful exchange of ideas that reflects India’s central role in shaping the future of AI.”
India has become an important market for artificial intelligence development. Many companies now build advanced AI capabilities in the country through global capability centers, also known as GCCs. Experts say these centers help companies develop software, research new technologies, and support global operations.
The Indiaspora Global AI Summit will gather a curated group of founders, executives, and investors from many of India’s top startups. Organizers aim to create a space where innovators can exchange ideas and build partnerships.
Speakers will discuss how Indian corporations and global companies use AI tools across their operations. The event will also examine how GCCs deploy artificial intelligence at scale and create global centers of excellence. Anurag Jain said companies must act quickly as AI transforms the business landscape.
“In 2026, the question isn’t whether AI will transform your business,” Jain said. “The question is whether you will lead that transformation or scramble to catch up.”
He added that insights from industry leaders could help businesses shorten the learning curve and implement AI strategies more quickly.
The summit will feature a lineup of prominent technology leaders, investors, and policymakers. Confirmed speakers include Abhishek Singh, director general of the National Informatics Centre and additional secretary at India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
Other speakers include Anand Deshpande, Nicholas Booker, Patrick J. McGovern, Ray Wang, TK Kurien, and venture capitalist Vani Kola. Kola said conversations among industry peers often lead to the most valuable insights.
“The most meaningful insights often come from conversations among those solving similar problems,” Kola said. “As AI moves from experimentation to real-world deployment, forums like this help people learn from each other and strengthen the innovation ecosystem.”
The summit will also highlight efforts to expand opportunities for women in the technology sector. Indiaspora will host a group of women engineering students as part of its program to support diversity in technology careers.
Persistent Systems will present an award through its SheShapesAI initiative. The program honors prominent women leaders in artificial intelligence. The company will also promote its RootingforAI initiative. Participants will plant digital trees during the event. The company will plant real trees to match those contributions.
Several companies and investors support the summit. Sponsors include Persistent Systems, SEW, Westbridge Capital, Chiratae Ventures, HSBC, Perot Jain, Rubrik, Galent, Intellect Design, and Zinnov.
