ATLANTA (Diya TV) — A prominent Indian-American hotelier has unveiled his latest project, a display showcased through the work of a 300-pound Lego model comprised of nearly 64,000 bricks.
North Point Hospitality, an Atlanta-based hotel development and management company, has broken ground on the first tri-branded Marriott Hotel in the U.S., but first gave viewers a sneak peak of the project using the popular children’s building toys. The model was designed by award-winning master artist Sean Kenney.
The $137 million, 470-room Marriott will include a 209-room AC Hotel, a 136-room Residence Inn and a 125-room SpringHill Suites. Expected to open mid-year 2018, all guests of the three hotels will have access to the full amenities within this landmark tri-branded property.

Jay Patel, President and CEO of North Point Hospitality, in a statement. “Having successfully developed a dual-branded hotel in the past, the tri-branded concept was a natural progression.”
While the hotel will feature just a single entrance, once guests enter, they will be treated to a unique experience featuring three distinct hospitality brands. Hotel guests will be offered a wider variety of amenities and options to serve all their travel needs such as a larger than traditional fitness center and multiple food and beverage options not normally offered at each individual brand.

North Point Hospitality are in award-winning hotel development and operations company. The company and its affiliates have developed 35 hotels with total investments over $400 million. Currently the company owns and operates seven Hilton and Marriott branded hotels in the Southeast with an additional nine hotels either under construction or in active development in excess of $350 million.
