SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) – The U.S. is once again emphasizing the importance of its partnership with India and its supply chain infrastructure as it moves away from countries like China that pose a geopolitical risk. At the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Governors Meeting, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said India was its largest trade partner and would be investing even more into the country’s tech sector.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting the U.S. Energy Department has concluded that the Covid pandemic most likely arose from a Wuhan China laboratory leak, according to a classified intelligence report recently provided to the White House and key members of Congress. Initially, the Energy Department was undecided on how the virus emerged.
In Virginia, prosecutors say Indian American Jeel Patel will be doing time behind bars for swindling elderly people through call centers in India. He also allegedly coerced seniors to give him money.
