SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) — New analysis shows India is benefitting from tough global sanctions against Russia. The world’s largest Democracy is importing more oil to others and profiting. India has also become a significant importer of Russian crude oil, buying up 18 percent of the country’s exports and sending it around the globe.
Maryland Gubernatorial candidate John B. King Jr. says he rejected a donation made by an individual he claims has ties to Islamophobia and the ‘Hindutva fascist movement.’ The campaign says it instead decided to donate to Muslim Advocates, a national civil rights organization that fights against bigotry.
Cryptocurrency trading platform Coinbase announced it is cutting 18 percent of its workforce because of the crash in the markets. Those layoffs include hundreds of tech workers at it’s India team, who mostly work in engineering.
