WASHINGTON (Diya TV ) — The FBI has added Satinderjeet Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, to its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. The agency also announced a reward of up to $1 million for information that leads to his arrest.

The FBI says Singh allegedly played a leading role in the Lawrence Bishnoi organized crime group. Investigators link the group to killings, extortion and drug trafficking in the United States and Canada. According to the agency, Singh helps direct the group’s North American operations.

Federal prosecutors have charged Singh in Los Angeles with racketeering conspiracy, extortion-related conspiracy and conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. The charges remain allegations. Singh has not been convicted in the case.

The FBI describes Singh as armed and dangerous. It also warns people not to approach him. The agency says Singh has ties to California and parts of Canada.

Investigators say the organization used shootings, kidnappings, assaults and threats to intimidate people. They also allege that the group trafficked drugs and weapons.

The FBI says Singh allegedly helped oversee operations linked to Lawrence Bishnoi, who remains imprisoned in India. Prosecutors allege that Singh acted as a key voice for Bishnoi and helped direct other members and associates.

Investigators also accuse Singh and Bishnoi of ordering the June 18, 2023, killing of an Indian political and religious figure who lived in Canada. Court documents identify the victim as “H.S.N.” Police shot the victim as he left a Sikh temple in Surrey, British Columbia.

The FBI says investigators also linked members of the group to a major cocaine theft in the Los Angeles area.

According to federal investigators, group members stole about 520 kilograms of cocaine from rival drug-trafficking organizations between March 2024 and July 2025.

Meanwhile, the Canadian government designated the Bishnoi group as a terrorist entity in September 2025, according to the FBI.

The latest FBI announcement follows Operation Hardball, a federal investigation into India-based transnational organized crime groups. Federal authorities announced the results of the operation on July 7.

Three federal indictments charged 37 defendants connected to three India-based crime groups. At the time, authorities had arrested 24 defendants or confirmed that they were already in custody.

Since then, the FBI says authorities have captured four additional fugitives. Another fugitive has died. Singh remains among five defendants whom authorities continue to seek.

The FBI said Singh became the 543rd person added to its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. The list highlights fugitives whom the agency considers among its most wanted suspects.

The FBI is asking anyone with information about Singh’s location or activities to contact the agency. People can call 1-800-CALL-FBI or submit information through the FBI’s online tip system. They can also contact a local FBI office or the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate.

The agency says people can provide information anonymously.
