His experience spans a wide range of industries, including real estate, technology, healthcare, telecommunications, and industrials.

He currently leads Chatham Financial’s Global Corporates Sector. Under his leadership, the firm serves more than 300 companies worldwide, providing advisory and technology solutions to manage financial risk. In 2010, Dhargalkar helped establish the Corporate Sector at Chatham Financial. Since then, he has played a central role in guiding clients through complex market environments and developing strategic risk management programs.

Dhargalkar holds dual bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering and economics from The Pennsylvania State University. He later earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was named a Palmer Scholar, an honor given to students who graduate in the top 5% of their class.
