FRISCO, Texas (Diya TV) — A Collin County civil court has entered final judgment against Vijay Borra, Rama Prasad and several affiliated entities in a dispute involving PGA Double Eagle, L.P.
The case was filed in the 401st Judicial District Court of Collin County, Texas, under Cause No. 401-06793-2021. The plaintiffs included SVJ Realty LLC, Varsha Jasti, Smartdocz Investments LLC, Dr. Chaitanya Korrapati and Dr. Yashwanth Jasti.
According to court records, the parties appeared for trial on June 9, 2025. A jury was impaneled, heard evidence and made findings that were later incorporated into a final judgment signed by Judge Kimberly M. Laseter on Nov. 4, 2025. The judgment states that SVJ Realty LLC, Varsha Jasti and Smartdocz Investments LLC elected to recover under fraud, conspiracy and declaratory judgment causes of action.
The judgment ordered Borra, Prasad, PGA Double Eagle GP LLC, Coppell Lake Breeze LLC and DFW Mars Land Acquisitions LLC to pay actual damages jointly and severally to three plaintiffs. SVJ Realty LLC was awarded $680,420 in actual damages, while Varsha Jasti and Smartdocz Investments LLC were each awarded $68,420.
The court also ordered Borra to pay $150,000 in exemplary damages to each of those three plaintiffs, totaling $450,000 in exemplary damages.
The judgment awarded prejudgment interest at 7.5% from Dec. 10, 2021, through Oct. 6, 2025, plus additional daily interest until the date of judgment. It also awarded post-judgment interest at 7.5%, compounded annually, until the judgment is paid in full.
Together, the actual damages, exemplary damages and prejudgment interest brought the monetary award above $1.5 million before court costs and post-judgment interest.
The judgment also declared that SVJ Realty LLC, Varsha Jasti and Smartdocz Investments LLC were limited partners in PGA Double Eagle. The judgment states that it finally disposes of all claims and parties and is appealable.
The Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas lists the appellate case as Vijay Borra, Rama Prasad, Srinivas Gudavalli, DFW Land, LLC, PGA Double Eagle GP, LLC, Coppell Lake Breeze, LLC, and DFW Mars Land Acquisitions, LLC v. SVJ Realty, LLC, Varsha Jasti, Smartdocz Investments, LLC, Dr. Chaitanya Korrapati, and Dr. Yashwanth Jasti, Case No. 05-26-00111-CV. The appellate docket lists the case type as contract and identifies the trial court as the 401st Judicial District Court in Collin County.
Court records show the defendants filed a notice of appeal from the final judgment. The plaintiffs later filed a notice of cross-appeal.
Prasad is listed by Copart Inc. as its Chief Technology Officer. Copart was not named as a party in the civil judgment, and this article does not allege that Copart was involved in the land dispute.
