SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) — Twitter’s new Chief Executive Officer Parag Agrawal is now the youngest CEO in the S&P 500. Agrawal is 37 years old and was appointed Monday to succeed Twitter founder and CEO Jack Dorsey. The Indian American was already the company’s chief technology officer.
India remembered the victims of the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, one of the deadliest ever in the country’s financial capital. From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Bollywood stars, all are honoring the more than 170 victims. Many Indian leaders are also calling on Pakistan to use this opportunity to crack down on terrorism, since the attack was orchestrated by a terror group from that country.
Amazon has asked India’s antitrust regulator to revoke its approval for Future Retail’s $3.4 billion sale of retail assets to Reliance, saying it was “illegally obtained.”
