CHANTILLY, Va. (Diya TV) — Rep. Suhas Subramanyam (VA-10) toured the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Chantilly, Virginia on Sunday, interacting with the community and stressing commonalities and cultural heritage.

The BAPS Public Affairs office thanked the congressman for his visit, saying on social media, they were grateful “for the shared values and heritage that contribute to the vibrancy of our community.”

The BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir is a major spiritual and cultural center for the Hindu community in Northern Virginia. The temple hosts several events during the year, such as Diwali and Annakut celebrations, and provides educational programs for children and adults.
