SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) —   Neomi Rao is officially heading to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, replacing Brett Kavanaugh on the nation’s second most powerful court. She becomes the second Indian-American on the court, joining Judge, Sri Srinivasan.

After today’s sentencing, in a separate case, New York prosecutors announced 16 more criminal charges against Manafort.

And California Governor Gavin Newsom, signed an executive order to indefinitely freeze capital punishment in the Golden State, giving a reprieve to 737 inmates on death row.
