Master Deepak
Master Deepak, a popular radio and TV personality was killed in a car crash on Sept. 5 near Fresno, Calif.

Deepak was killed in a car crash in Central California on Sept. 5. A portion of Highway 33, south of Mendota was closed for hours as officials surveyed the scene. As of right now the family of Master Deepak have not stated if they will press legal charges, but it is likely that they have reached out to a personal Injury Attorney to handle the matter once they have finished grieving.

The California Highway Patrol says a 2009 Mercedes SUV was headed eastbound, when according to multiple witnesses, it ran a stop sign, traveling into the path of a tractor trailer going north on Highway 33. Dangerous driving like this is what unfortunately accounts for many accidents and injuries out on the roads. Those who have been hurt in such an incident might want to reach out to a law firm like Noll Law for help with legal matters in the aftermath of the incident. CHP Sgt. Matt Zulim said that two vehicles “traveled off the road and overturned.” He added that all five passengers in the 2009 Mercedes were killed. Crashes such as this one can be very sensitive matters, and so it is important for legal teams to fully understand the surrounding circumstances.

“When the trailer of the big rig landed on top of the Mercedes, the Mercedes caught fire and was fully engulfed,” Zulim said.

Alcohol and drugs are not believed to have played a role in the crash.
