SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) — Minami Tamaki LLP announced it has promoted Seema Bhatt to Partner. Bhatt joined the firm in 2016 and leads its Injury Practice Group, succeeding B. Mark Fong, who retired.

With 14 years of experience in personal injury law, Bhatt has received multiple accolades, including being named a Northern California Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2017 to 2025. Her notable cases include high-profile litigation against Tesla and a wrongful death case involving a suspected intoxicated driver.
A graduate of Wake Forest Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and U.C. Davis, Bhatt is also an active member of organizations such as the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and the South Asian Bar Association of Northern California.
