WASHINGTON (Diya TV) — Federal judge Amit Mehta ruled Congress can subpoena President Trump’s financial records from an accounting firm, arguing Congress can investigate the President without beginning formal impeachment proceedings.
The President’s legal team said they will appeal the decision to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
