US to extradite 26/11 suspect Tahawwur Rana to India


SAN FRANCISCO (Diya TV) – A U.S. court has ruled that imprisoned Pakistani Canadian businessman Tahawwur Rana can be extradited to India.  Indian Authorities want him for his alleged involvement in the 2008 Mumbai terror attack. Rana’s attorney opposes this extradition. A total of 166 people, including six Americans, were killed during the attacks by Pakistani terrorists.

Ohio State Senator Niraj Antani says his state is not California or Seattle and is criticizing the ongoing efforts to introduce laws and policies that target, profile, and discriminate against Hindu Americans. The Indian American just introduced a resolution condemning Hinduphobia. Ohio is now the second state to introduce similar legislation.

US Ambassador to India Eric Garcetti met Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan at the actor’s residence in Mannat where they discussed the “cultural impact” of Hollywood and Bollywood. Garcetti also posted pictures from his meeting  on twitter.
