(Diya TV) — An illegal immigrant from Pakistan has been arrested by Customs and Border Protection agents, and FBI agents are suspicious about his motives for entering the country along the borders of Texas and Mexico after allegedly lying about his whereabouts to authorities.
Javaid Muhammad was apprehended by Customs and Border Protection on May 8, after allegedly admitting to entering the country illegally. However, Muhammad provided a separate account of stories to FBI agents than he did the CBP, leading agents from both agencies to believe both stories were false, according to a report from InfoWars.
Muhammad allegedly told FBI agents he came from Pakistan and had never visited Chile or Ecuador, but agents presented him with an Ecuadorian passport and photos which showed a Chilean residence, at which point the man admitted to lying to CBP officials.
“Muhammad admitted the statement he provided to the USBP was false, and also admitted to lying to the FBi during his interview,” according to the criminal complaint.
“The FBI was in possession of records consisting of photographs and travel records, as well as written accounts from other government agencies, which show that the statements Muhammad made during his interviews by the USBP and the FBI were materially false, fictitious or fraudulent,” the criminal complaint against him read.
“Muhammad admitted the statement he provided to the USBP was false, and also admitted to lying to the FBI during his interview,” it adds.
